Precision Cleaning did a fantastic job! I’ve been a property manager for 15 years and recently I had our windows washed and dryer duct vents cleaned with Precision Cleaning and they did an awesome job. The workers were polite and did not rush to finish the job. Instead they clean well and the owner David is very good with communicating with the Manager. Since we thought the hurricane was coming we pushed back the window washing date a few days and yet everything still went smoothly. I will hire them again. It was very pleasant to work with them. Now we have clean windows, clean dryer vent ducts and everyone is happy.

Precision Powerwash has been keeping our shop looking good for more than two years We have a surf shop in Waikiki and they are the only ones that can get the melted wax off the stone patio and stairs not to mention how good the entire property looks when they're done! Their technicians are reliable, professional and thorough Our operating hours are 6:00am-8:30pm every day They are in by 3:00am and out by 5:00am I highly recommend David and his team

After far too much neglect, I finally decided something needed to be done about the gutters around our house that had essentially turned into planters. I called David at Precision Cleaning Hawaii and they were fantastic. They were able to schedule a team to come and clean the gutters, and we also used the opportunity to wash the house, clean the windows, and pressure wash the driveway. It looks like we repainted the house and have a new place. The change in color of the driveway alone was dramatic. These guys are great - wonderful to work with, arrived on time, and left the place looking great. We will definitely use Precision Cleaning again and will plan to make this an annual visit rather than wait. If there were six stars, I would have checked that as these guys earned an extra one.

The team from Precision Cleaning was out last week to wash the windows on our mid-rise building in Downtown Honolulu. Lots of things stood out from the visit. First, the coordination before the work was top notch. The owner of the company was super communicative. We weren't standing around worrying if anyone would show up. The were on time and super efficient. The workers weren't standing around and talking story... nope they hit the side of the building and the cleaning solution was flying. They did a great job! Thanks to Precision Cleaning for giving us back the gorgeous views of Punchbowl from our now bright and clear windows.

David and his team were a huge help to our real estate team with getting a listing prepared for the market. We called around to multiple vendors because we had a tricky window cleaning request that most vendors were unable to help us with. He was responsive with his communication and gave us a great quote for the sellers to approve. David and his team are awesome! Professional, Punctual & Precise. Knows what they are doing. From the initial phone call to the end result, Precision Cleaning Hawaii made everything so easy. The roof tiles are so clean! Decades of grime and mold all gone!! The gutters were also cleaned out and the surrounding area cleaned of all debris. No mess left behind. These guys were amazing! They were very responsive, showed up to my house on time, very professional, I knew exactly what to expect and how much everything was going to cost beforehand. I was thinking of painting my house, but I decided to give pressure washing a chance, and I’m so glad that I did because my house no longer needs to be painted, it looks nice and clean. They even pressure washed all of my concrete and the sidewalk out front of my house, which I was not expecting. They also did a great job on my windows, there was so much film from all the dust in Kapolei that I couldn’t even see my beautiful view. But now my windows look brand new. I was most concerned about having damage done to my house, because I see neighbors who has spots on their paint from pressure washing, but nothing happened. Good as new!

The Precision Cleaning crew is top notch. Absolute quality work. The owner, David was very responsive when communicating, flexible with my cleaning requests and quoted me at a wonderful price. The team that arrived to perform my driveway/home Pressure Wash and Exterior Window Clean carried themselves with the upmost professionalism. These guys got every spec of dirt and water stains off of my windows. They also removed all of the mold from my driveway, transforming it at least 5 shades brighter. Once the crew was finished, they informed me of their results, cleaned and rinsed off remaining debris and did so in a timely manor. I will most definitely be recommending Precision Cleaning Hawaii to friends and family.
